One of the reasons why we devote our life to pop culture (sometimes without even knowing it) resides on the lie, that thought that we create at times just wanting to make things real, a lie that we keep on repeating until it (hopefully) becomes true and that's when real good art is born... In this case, music.
Lately every song that's been on the charts seems to be quite happy because that what at times we need but when a song like Elephant Files comes to our attention, we cannot pass!
Elephant Files is a song from Canadian pop band Montoire that comes from their debut album Laura. This album deals with strong topics like abandonment or disillusionment in such an unexpected way that manages to surprise our senses with its pop nature that makes their songs get stuck in our head (but that ain't something to complain about!).
For now I'm completely obsessed with this track and I've a feeling we'll be hearing a lot more from Montoire, so... Thanks to Montoire for uploading the song so I could share it... Here we go...
