Rolling Stone crowns The Queen Of Pop! And no, it is NOT Madonna!

And just like that Madonna died of a heart-attack... Nah, just kidding! It seems like Rolling Stone is all about embracing the young generation of musicians and in their latest article they have crowned The Queen Of Pop, there's no "new Queen Of Pop", ok? It's just "The Queen Of Pop".

But let's take it from the top. Rolling Stone first selected 16 female musicians so one of them could be the true Queen Of Pop, the chosen ones were: Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Carrie Underood, Adele, Rihanna, P!nk, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Beyoncé, Ke$ha, Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj, Kelly Clarkson, Shakira, Christina Aguilera and Robyn.

After that, they analyzed a bunch of different categories that put together the perfect Queen Of Pop just like: Album Sales and Awards (where Taylor Swift shined like a star), Youtube (where Rihanna's impact on the site made their stats blow up!), Toruing (where P!nk's acrobatic stunts took the lead), Digital Tracks, Billboard Hot 100, Airplay, Social Networking (where Lady Gaga pretty much murdered her competition).
