Just when you thought the eternal war between pop stars had come to an end, there goes Madonna and gets pop fans all around the globe talking about the supposed cat-fight existing between her and Lady Gaga... Sigh, is this ever gonna come to a conclusion?
Everything started when Madonna decided to mash her song "Express Yourself" with Gaga's recent hit "Born This Way", indirectly responding to all those claims about the similarities between the two records, and well... The pop world exploded after the video of Madge's Israel performance hit the web.
Gaga has not commented on this "incident", but Fernando Garibay, main producer of "Born This Way" did have something to say about Madge's actions, via Twitter:
"Madonna? Luv her. And I get paid when she sings our songs. Life is beautiful sometimes".So there you go, there's no hate from Gaga's side...
“All I know is I get paid every time she does it.”
My general comment about her "Express Yourself / Born This Way" medley: It was "reductive".
