Just when you thought Madonna could not be more desperate for the attention (after she decided to cover Gaga's "Born This Way" at her show while making fun of the similarities with her song "Express Yourself"), the 53-year old lady decided it was time to let her girls out... Actually, only one of them.
It all went down while Madonna was performing "Human Nature" at Istanbul, and well... Let's just say that the image was not too pleasant...
